IB Live Chat

I can't get Live Chat to work on Internet Explorer, but it works on Firefox. Any ideas why?

why not call IB at their toll free number
and ask them ?

I did, but they weren't too helpful. I'll just have to use Firefox or the phone.

I have tried to get a hold of their Live Chat several times but none worked. Even though it said that there was 0 people ahead of me. I will try Firefox next time to see what happens.

Maybe it was just waiting for rep and I got lucky when I tried it on Firefox. Either way, I am not impressed by IB's customer service. Thank God I don't need to use it very often.

I had this problem. You need to disable all Pop-up blockers in your computer. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Pop-up blocker.
Also if you have Google tool bar it has blocker as well.
