IB Level II Afterhours

Just a FYI

I was watching IB TWS and LII pre-market.

TWS only displays the inside ECN's regardless of where the MM's are on the B/A.

Well, i thought it was interesting.

I remember in one of IB's communique that there is a fee for Level II. I think it's $75. Anybody knows the status of this now?

Since it is available as a choice when you right-click on a stock with Best routing, one can accidentally click on it. Is one going to be charged Level II fees that way? I thought one has to subscribe to Level II to get it. I have not subscribed but I see it available for a stock when I right-click on it. Def, I hope you could shed some light on this.
