IB level 2 for Paper and LIVE are different

have you guys noticed this? On the PAPER account I have more data in the level 2 but not on the live is that means they are feeding me 2 data streams?
PAPER = more data for marketing
LIVE = Serious stuff

Not all ticker have this issue but few also options ...
