IB is down...can not place orders!!!!

Hi Guys, I noticed all my GTC orders were cancelled when I signed in this evening again.
Also my IB platform keeps freezing and I have to log off and log in again. When I do this my GTC orders are back.
The IB data is fine and I can see the futures price move up and down but my realized profit and loss does not change. I checked my account window and the current available funds and current excess liquidity have not changed as the price moves. Once I log off and on every thing for the moment updates.
Is it worth even putting in a ticket to address this as my problem is now?
Any suggestions would ge a great help and I hope my GTC orders hold and get executed if hit.
