Having same problem. Logged out and restarted my computer. On login page, a notification says “Due to technical issues clients may be unable to connect through our web, mobile, and destop trading platforms. We are working to address the issue”.
Thanks for bringing up this topic. I was wondering if the issue was worldwide and looks like it is. I had no issue in the morning around 3-4 am (Euro time) but now after a few hours passed I can't access via TWS desktop ,mobile & the web portal. Sent them a message (Attached) even the sent message gave an error. I called IB Asia offices and thankfully managed to get in touch with a representative and she said there is an issue with connections and they are working on it, though for how long that is not certain. Guess we will wait
but but those cheap commissions and fees not to mention faux real time snap shot data and the best 80's java charting around - but hey they have 10 billion dollars so don't worry.
