Ask and they will sign you up.
Both their direct KAS and toll-free numbers still go to some generic recording saying they are busy and then it just hangs up.It would be interesting to compare the level of service now vs before. I actually think they have eliminated waiting times just like the trading desk line. The email states they have a dedicated support team around the globe and phone lines not published anywhere else. Anyway, while I'm thankful for this new programme, I don't call IB that often, probably 4 calls a year max.
