Its all fixed, my error
IB said....
Please login to your account management menu go to trading access / market data subscription.
There you probably will see that Ideal Pro is already ticked. You now just need to update the system.
You can do this by clicking on Continue on the bottom on this page.
On the next page you accept the subscription and click on Continue.
This will update your market data subscription and you will be able to get the quotes.
