IB Ideal Pro NO QUOTES

I went to my web trader , I have permission for market data.

NO QUOTES, any one else..

is this normal ??

GBPUSD
CADUSD
AUDUSD
EURUSD

I thought I could trade forex via IB IDEAL PRO at least 23.5 hours a day...

What am I missing ?

How about if one day there will be a huge historical movement during the 30 minutes break against your positions? :confused: :D
 
Digs,

I've been watching the IDEALPRO quotes all day in HK and they are out there. Have you contacted the CS desk as I think your case is an isolated one. I'd also suggest logging out and back in and/or try adding some quotes to a new page to see if this helps.
 
Its all fixed, my error

IB said....
Please login to your account management menu go to trading access / market data subscription.
There you probably will see that Ideal Pro is already ticked. You now just need to update the system.
You can do this by clicking on Continue on the bottom on this page.

On the next page you accept the subscription and click on Continue.
This will update your market data subscription and you will be able to get the quotes.
