IB ; How to plot market internals?!

Ive contacted IB support online they were no help but ive seen it done before.

If you pull up market scanner and indices's internals. im trying to chart the VOL-NYSE or more specifically nyse up vol and down vol in TWS or to a third party place so i need some kind of symbol. any help?

the vol-nyse symbol shows up in the list but ni data appears

I don't believe that you can chart in TWS but I know that the Ensign software has a workaround and will let you chart. You may want to search their website and it might give you some information.

I can chart the NYSE volume in QuoteTracker with NYSE:$VOL-NYSE, but can't figure out the symbols for up or down volume.
