I am not sure what instruction video you refer to. I didn't see it and found my way around myself.Thank You for your reply. I am using Linux Mint 18.3 xfce with Firefox and Google Chrome browsers. I can log onto the new account management but can not see the "small gears" the instruction video says to click on to navigate to where I need to go. When I login to the home page, I can see the links on the left side of the home page that when I click on one of the links I do not see what I should be seeing. When I use windows 7 with Firefox or Chrome with the same browser security settings, account management works as was intended. If the new UI works in Ubuntu, I should be able to get the new UI to work in Linux Mint.
Once logged in and on the home page most menu's are on the left hand side (dark blue background). Depending on what item you click a new list of choices appear. When you click on Account Settings you get a window with submenu's on the right hand side. Each of these has a small gear to configure the related settings. Similar for User Settings. The other menus don't have these small gears.
Edit: I found a "back door" into the old account management. Log on to the new account management. From the home page select Investors' Marketplace -> Find an Advisor. This brings you to the old user interface. I'm not sure how long this will remain as is though.
