I have just moved from using MT4 over to IB and using their TWS. I find it a little hard to work out, but getting there slowly. MT4 was good and pretty easy to use.
I'm interested in setting up a few 'hotkeys' to make my life a little simpler. I am looking to achieve the following when trading currency futures and FX, stocks will follow but not yet.
Click for example 'F3' which will place a Buy trade with, 9pip stoploss, 22pip target and a 8pip trailing stop once the trade is 3 pips in profit. The same for a Sell trade, but 'F4'.
I do not want the trade to be placed automatically, I still want a popup confirmation, before the trade is executed, as I have a few small children running around the house.
Can someone be able to help me out?
