IB have problems with conditional orders disappearing?

l contacted IB about this in December20 in portal login. l waited 3 months for a useless automated response. (copy can be provided)
l still have the same problem, conditional orders are disappearing but the primary order remains. is there a problem with the software? eg when l want a combo order to buy or sell (in the next days) , when underlying goes above x, the condition, it frequently disappears but the order may remains.
is there an additional charge for inactive additional accounts which don't meet IB's minimum commission requirement? l had two accounts, if one produces enough commission to cover several accounts for minimum activity fee, will that cover the inactivity of the non active account?

I had a problem with option spreads orders being transmitted to the market but not showing as working. I downgraded from latest to stable but the problem persisted. I reported it and the problem disappeared the next day.

If the orders are for following days, possibly you are entering the orders as DAY, vs GTC?

exactly, got email 3 months later, saying because that account is closed, (l got 2) that no need to answer. no still necessary, as l also trade same with other account. ib cs needs major improvements. quite pathetic compared to my other broker TW, exemplary, also in ease of trading.

I very much doubt the problem went away the next day. Do you work with IB on damage control?
