IB Greeks not displaying

I moved over from Think or Swim brokerage onto IB a few weeks ago, I seem to be having trouble getting the greeks data and IV numbers to show up on my TWS platform. For positions I have on, the greeks/IV show but not for other times. Also the option statistics does not display.....anyone else have this issue?

Do you have to have market data for this to work?
 
If the underlying is not covered by the standard package, then yes you need to subscribe to market data to see the Greeks.

Example would be VIX.
