IB force to close my accounts.

He reminds me of the recent story on CNN about the guy who was busted for having child porn on his computer.

He told the cops that he left his computer on when he was away, and his cat walked over the keyboard.

Seriously.

I'm sure that IB has heard that one, too.
 
I have not disclosed my password to anybody but the antivirus software remember the password.

I am not complaining IB. It is my negligence. I just looking for someone from IB can help me opening another account if possible.

I have immediately apply for the security device as soon as I know something wrong and IB provides this security device but it seems too late.

Have you thought that maybe, JUST MAYBE, if you are looking for someone from IB, that it would be smarter to visit their site and not ET??????

also, to increase credibility, maybe use microsoft word to check for grammatical mistakes.

THAT is why IB has the internet login security device. A major reason for choosing IB (and some people whined about tihs device?) I would let a wife into my account, but not a friend or almost anyone else. GF? No way, Jose.

For example in some retail places, more theft is done by the trusted "employee" than by shoppers

A lot of abuse comes from "family" members. Etc.

Listen, forget about staying with IB and go open an acct with someone else. Just don't tell your new broker why you left IB in the first place or they might deny your application.

You made a mistake concerning your acct login info and I assume you have learned your lesson.

I am not professional in this field. In my past belief, I think IB will treat their customers like the bank. I have never thought that IB will close any account.
