IB for large orders on European markets

I need to place large orders on some European stock markets via IB but first I want to be sure about the commissions.

If I place a single €2M order with IB on adidas, I will pay a maximum of €29. While if I manually fragment the order into many small trades I go to pay maximum of €1000.

If I use an IB execution algorithm how much will I pay to place the order? Maximum 29 euros?

Obviously with exchange commissions aside.
