IB Fills have gone bad ?

A buy limit order of 1.1025 to buy does not get filled even at 1.1024 ask price and gets filled only at lower prices..............this is just one of the example.

Has anyone else experienced such horrible fills. If so, then what are alternatives to IB. Seems a good service has now gone bad.

Fx..........before fills used to be in split seconds but now even limit prices hit are being ignored.
