IB fails again ---

Anybody else having inability to use Option Trader for spy today?

No problem with individual stocks, nor with other etfs.

As typical, no response from IB help.

Wow... They won't even answer the phone or they said they have no idea what the issue is and "just suck it up" (I trade thru IB)

IB just e-mailed me to ask for details; let's see if they now identify & then fix the issue.

That is NOP. (normal operating procedure) before complaining.

I had reset several times (Ctrl-Alt_R) which logs off, & logs on again, but to a different server. That did not help during the day, but the exit & re-enter did solve the issue.

Again, the odd issue was that it was only BookTrader & Option Trader ONLY for SPY that was not working -- worked for all other stk symbols, & ETFs.

Now they added another desktop software, which feels like the mobile app when it comes to options.
It might be good to have it there as a back up platform.
