IB FA account fills worse than OEC fills

Quote from DAV:

We will send a StpLmt order natively to Globex as long as it is marked "Allow this order to be filled outside of regular trading hours" and there is no other reason to hold the order (e.g. the order is marked as part of an OCA group with overfill protection).
The Status of my ES STPLMT order is "Dark blue," not "Green," and that may be the issue.

According to the documentation description, "DARK BLUE indicates that an order has been accepted by the system (simulated orders) or an exchange," and "GREEN indicates that your order has been accepted and is working at the destination." The challenge is distinguishing between an order that is "accepted by … an exchange" and one that is "working at the destination."

This is a straight STPLMT order that is set to trigger around the clock, why isn't it green?

Additionally, the Green pop-up states, "Active on Globex" while the Dark blue pop-up states, "Order is waiting to trigger." My concern is this distinction.

J.P. please check your PM box.
I read the PM but it doesn't address the issue; it just repeated my point.

If the order is on the exchange the status should be one color, if not, another. TWS should assess the appropriate conditions but state the order status unequivocally.
