IB execution futures - 1th hour

Hi,

I am a new trader, opened an account at IB, some 6 months ago;
Only recently I had problems with order execution : a large delay in execution or no execution at all "could not value contract at this time"; is this a serverproblem at IB / other people having this problem ?

Today I had this crap popping up for the complete session ("Old Europe"). No problems with US market though. A few days ago they mentioned this problem in their TWS bulletin, but nothing today.
