where is the end of it...i have joint account and two separate user names\passwords. same trading permissions,etc.
right now if i login into TWS , using primary holder username and password-the market data is displayed. if i login as a secondary-no data. i login into account management->market data subscriptions as primary holder-our data subscription is shown. if i login into account management using secondary holder credentials and go to market data-no subscription to any data.
question to IB-what is going on? do we have to pay separately now for data per username or something?
sick and tired of all this crap..every single day there something going on..some unexpected "changes"

IB is trying to be army of one. Some brokers focus on one thing and become the best in it. IB in my experience is ok broker certainly not the best.
 
I would just move to scottrade and pay much higher commissions. Screw it all.

No seriously, IB is for professional traders, and it's dirt cheap. You can have your cake and eat it too.

on joint/advisor etc. accounts every user (also 2nd user) needs to subscribe market data, on a individual account not.
