The e-cbot Financial markets will Open at 6:20. P.M. Chicago time. The Equity markets will open at 6:15 PM Chicago Time and Agricultural markets will open at 6:30 PM Chicago Time. All markets are currently in Pre-Open and the markets will close at their regular times. All orders that were in the system prior to the Halt have remained in the system. TWS is down.
TWS been fine on the asian markets right through the sessions --- thankyou IB 
Lsot connection partially, only 4 pairs working. And everytime system resets, there will be a few minutes without data.

1224am PST and TWS has been down for an hour. first HSI and SGX down, now everything. went down several times when i had open positions tonight too. when markets are this volatile it's pretty nerve wracking when you're broker doesn't have its act together.
