I was logged in earlier then I got the pink borders. Their status page still says "no reported problems". Chat is not available yet so I sent them an email.
IB have one of the most useless customer service of any brokers i have used by far. I thought they were great at first until I realize when you have real problems, they're motto is wait and it'll fix it self.
I miss being treated like a king with Ameritrade Apex.
