IB Down

Ditto with issues here.

I got several exception windows which popped up at various times, but I was being witless and didn't write them down.

Disconnect notifications, but still getting data streaming in - odd.

Since IB is monitoring this thread...the worst problem I'm having is where quotes keep updating ( I can see them) but the program does NOT allow me to place orders! It keeps trying to "log in".

'Been happening every 1/2 hour and lasts about 2-5 minutes each occurrence.

I was so mad I even updated to the latest version on 1 computer (the one where problem was worse) but same thing keeps happening.

Can you PLEASE call the help-desk and ask them to help you?

They are releasing some bug fixes in the very near future. I had another freeze. Seems something is up. No problem calling in tho.
 
Something I am noticing right now is that the EURO futures on CME is hardly moving and the Cash quotes on Ideal Pro are perfect.

I wonder if CME is down???
 
Tried to buy that breakdown (about 10-15 minutes ago) on the CAD on IdealPro around 1.1384. Tried it through Booktrader than through TWS both times the order didn't go through. I was hitting the ASK.

Just so you know. There is SOMETHING DEFENITELY WRONG TODAY.

It is not CME. U are right Ideal pro is on the fritz!! Quotes are all over the place.
 
ECBOT / GLOBEX orders are slow as hell. I was trying to hit the bid or the ask and it waits at least 3-5 seconds before executing. terrible.

I called helpdesk. They said they had some problems but should be fixed.

everything appears to be fixed ---i think ---I stopped trading on my ib account for the day.

We got some bugs here to work on IB.
