IB Down

People keep posting "down in ..... too". Well, if the servers are screwed then it'll be down everywhere, right?

By the way, down in Japan too, means Hong Kong servers are busted too. There, now I'm a hypocrite.

Damn! That was exactly what I was thinking. Why have a "status" page at all then? It is in times like this that useful info should be up there. Who checks the "status" when everything is working :confused:
 
the only bright spot is that this kind of failure is costing IB good money...especially at this time of day when traders are particularly active..
we can be sure they hate that as much as we do...
