IB Down

I got lots of messages about failed login attempts when I tried ctrl-alt-R after I got a pink screen.

I exited and tried to re-login, and got a message saying that I had too many failed login attempts, so that I must wait 5 minutes before attempting to login again. I think that is a ridiculous delay and that it should be removed.
 
we are down here also happened just about 5 mins ago.
One of my associates from Canada and the USA are also down.
so it seems the US and Canadian servers are down.

can't get anyone on the phone

last few days have been hell am guessing they are balancing their books at our expenses.

Me too. I was just ready to put on a position when the POS went down.
 
Its okay i just got the word from IB...

They have taken the opposite side of all their active accounts this morning and once they have accumulated sufficient profits they will turn the TWS servers back on...

please be patient...
