IB disconnections

I'm trading from Asia too and have had no connection problems
at all for months.
 
Build 882.2 w/Vista has been solid for me (US server).

I occasionally get disconnects, but I can never tell if it is just my shitty Hughesnet satellite ISP...

its not TWS, because most of the disconnections are on US markets, Datafarms on EUREX works well, so maby problem IB to US-exchange
 
Having lots of disconnections today. They started about an hour ago. I'm still on version 882.2 which has been rock solid for months. TWS turns a different color and you still see quotes but cannot enter any orders. Anyone else?

WTF IB? This has been going on all day now. Have they even sent out a bulletin that they are having issues? Did their support technicians get an early jump on the Labor Day weekend?

I have no problems. I'm running TWS 882.2 on 2 different computers using 1.5 mbps Verizon DSL. This has been solid for me for months.

My TWS log shows me connected to usfarm mktgw1.ibllc.com .
