IB disconnected many times

I was chatting with another IB user who lives 40 miles away. We each lost our connection simultaneously. As far asd stable connect I use a cable modem that downloads at speeds of 1200+.
 
IB has gone down several times in the past 2 trading days (Friday and Monday). Anyone who is logged onto the chat here at ET knows that it isn't just an isolated individual using a subpar connection.

Let's be honest -- they are having an issue or 2 this month but I still think that they offer decent service, excellent fills, and tthe emini price is awesome. I am still with them if this turns out to be an isolated issue.

I also believe that IB has a large chunk of the Emini volume going across their servers - I guess sometimes success creates operational issues.

2 disconnects today (short about 2-3 minutes)
cable modem speed 1700+ (Comcast)
Unusual, haven't had a disconnect in months.
