IB demo questions

I'm trying IB's demo. The market order is always transmitted half second after I place the order.

I would like to know, for fast moving market like emini, how fast does IB's market order get filled? Does IB click and fill?

I am also using the demo and I have a question about the charts;

in the "real" version do the charts also start collecting data for the charts once you open them as in the demo version or is there already a history of data so a chart is ready for use once you open one because whats the use of a chart without any history of data?

on the live version, market orders are instant.
