IB Data Feed Problems?

It's definitely not an exchange problem, as said, realtick/TS are fine.

The issue affects all futures quotes (don't know about stocks as I don't have them up) regardless of exchange -- they all update like once every 3-4 secs.

Good news....Globex may not be available for "some" customers.

Problems here in New Zealand too, tried both machines, one through dial-up and the other through ADSL (different ISP and international connection too: no single point failure).

Definitely not the internet connection.

I am done for today, not going to put money on the line with a flakey setup.

I have been a customer of IB's for over a year with no problems up until now. For the first time in over a year I am noticing wild lags in IB data. No excuses for this.

The explanation and the resolution had better be good.

ecbot also,serious lag.market depth seems to show proper quotes. no cbot data at all for days.cme and globex also nfg.

Maybe the cleaning staff resets equipment over columbus weekend !
