IB College Contest -- Mentioned in Active Trader Magazine

I'm reading the article in Active Trader magazine about IB's contest, but the article doesn't actually say anything about where to find information on this programming contest. I'd like to enter it. Can anyone from IB here comment on it?

This sounds like the sort of addictive challenge I want to be a part of.
 
Programming contest? Hmmmmmmmm, how are they going to prove that its the college student who wrote the program?
