IB Charts... Alternative?

If you like TOS charts but can live without trading from the chart, then just use TOS for charts (since you already have that) and then trade from IB.

if i had a nickel for every time i heard someone say this or i told someone to do this i'd have a lot of nickels...it seems tos may have a lot of accounts but none of them will be funded after the recent problems. i can only imagine the weekly staff meetings...

You can use NinjaTrader for free for charting and full analysis capabilities and it does connect automatically.

Correct and thanks for clarifying this point. Unlike NinjaTrader 6.5 our current production version NinjaTrader 7 does support user definable automatic connect on start up.
