Earlier today I submitted a bug report your your helpdesk ... they asked me to call the desk if I had any trouble instead of just passing the problem to their technical support staff.
Not being one who wants to be on hold to repeat what I said in the e-mail, I asked the person (Aimee) to pass the problem report to the technical support group.
In case any of you are curious of the problem I found, here it is:
