I put all the T-bills and bonds on my TWS. I only get quotes from T-Bills(up to 1 maturity) and T-notes(from 6y maturity and on)

I'd ask IB.. Their dealer quote system is often screwed up and/or absent on days entirely. But most of their 2014-2019 inventory has no quote right as we speak, so that corroborates what you are likely saying.
