IB, ''cannot value contract at this time'' ??

has anyone gotten a message on their TWS that says ''cannot value contract at this time''

i got that message when trying to go short on NQ , and missed a nice move.

does anyone have a clue as to what that means ?

It´s probably the most hated TWS error message.

it means one of IB's order servers is either down or messed up.
