IB cancel or order adjusting fee?

I understand that IB charges different small order cancel fees depending on which exchanges the orders sent to.

I am not clear, however, on the following detail.

If I have an open order, say a 3-leg Butterfly each with 10 contracts. That's 30 contracts total. If you cancel the order, how much cancel fee will I be charged? Per open order, or per contract?

If, for the same order, I adjusted the debit amount while the order is still open, by giving $0.10 more, how much will I get changed for each such adjustment?
 
I emailed IB support the same question. I got the below answer back 5 days later:

"cancellation and modification fees are charged per order while execution are per contract"
