IB Cancel Fee on Single Option

IB does not charge cancellation fees on combinations, because the exchanges don't charge either.

IB has lowered the cancellation charge on outright orders to 1c/cancellation. It used to be as high as 1-2 USD/cancellation.

CORRECT... I used to see 1-2 USD $ charges 3 yrs back when I was trading options actively. I re started in the last 3 months ans was curious. when I scanned thru. many trades. all I found was a single CENT.. wow. this is inconsequential now.. grin.... and for spreads. simple answer. since u r adding and taking away liquidity simulteanously, u cancel out each other. grin.!! so there is no cancellation fee. lol
