IB backfill working?

Is it OK? My software cannot get the backfill!

It's ok out of Asia. You probably need to say where you are and what you want to backfill to get a relevant answer.

I am in europe but I use the US server!

I'm trying to download today's data for the SPI in Australia and keep receiving pacing violation messages. I've only tried to download three times in the last half hour. It's connecting to the HK server.

I just fired up tws and sierrachart again and tried a spi-200809-snfe backfill.

No problems on either 5sec or live data. Just a couple of days of data though.

tws 886.5 java 1.6.0_10rc xpsp2 hk server from the gold coast

I got it working again by doing a system restore and re-installing ninja trader 6.5.
