there is some examples in TWSAPI yahoo group(not sure, if there is any code for placing the order "automatically"

Yes, the issue is : what does automatic mean ?
1) push a buy/sell button
2) buy/sell based on a formula or algorithm
3) ???

Use IB's API, you can send orders and auto-trade if you want.

For anything but the simplest system, if you don't know how to program, you'll need to learn.
