IB Arb meter

Just exactly how do I get this thing to work? The only thing I can figure out is that I *might* have to have a futures acct w/ IB. Ture?

Any suggestions great appreciated!

The arbitrage meter will show up when you call up an index, such as NDX, DJX, MNX, etc. It is not necessary to have a futures account. If you type in for instance NDX, and in the pop up menu select Index, it will come up and the arbitrage window will be available for that index.

Does anyone know what the IB symbol is for the Nasdaq Composite?

Unless I’m mistaken, the NDX on IB brings up the Nasdaq 100 and not the Composite.

your right, i did a symbol search and I don't think it is in the IB system as there are no futures associated with the composite index.
