IB and ToS.. for easy interface?

Hello I am experienced option trader who now wish to trade online. I am not as experience with computer programs. Interactive Brokers and Think or Swim has my markets, but which program to choose? I need simple interface, easy to use, learning is quick.. which is most suitable?

No doubt about it. High reliability as well....feed glitches are rare and the platform has never gone down.
