at this point for security reasons you can not have the same login active at the same time. (you could have multiple accounts open). The new card should solve your problems with Java. If not, e-mail tac@interactivebrokers.com for tech support.

I had the same problem on one of my win2k machines. I have two machines (One with a linksys and one with a dlink) When I installed the latest java and the latest tws on the linksys machine I got the bsod. I then installed java/tws on the dlink machine and it worked great. I swapped the linksys for the dlink and no more BSOD on my main machine.

I've seen the blue-screen with 3 network cards: Accton, Netgear, and Linksys.

No other network cards seem to have a problem and swapping these out for another brand seems to work immediately.
