IB and Internet Explorer 8

Hi,

I started using Internet Explorer 8 (Vista Home 64-bit) some time ago.

So far, so good, but now I have a problem; I cannot download my statements from the IB Account Management site.

I open my statement as usual, click "Save page as..", click "OK" and everything seems fine.

But when I look at the statement saved on my disk, it is just 1kb large and simply empty, contains only some HTML-tags.

I tried different formats, options, no succcess: IE will only save empty statements.

Does anyone have any idea?

Thank you both, both your tips have helped me. I have used FireFox before and remembered what format I had used - this one does not work in IE.

I had not tried all options - don't know what it is called in the English version of IE, but something like "html only" does the job.
