IB - action notification - arbitration agreement

Hi guys,

There is a notification on the IB account that says it is pending in the account. This is an agreement document for arbitration.

Does it need to be signed or is it optional ?

The futures arbitration agreement is optional. In one of the bold lines it says "The CFTC requires...that your consent to this arbitration agreement be voluntary."
