If this is truly your goal, then for the next three years I imagine you'll attempt to stack the odds in your favor as much as possible, while distancing yourself away from circumstances which hinder the results your moving towards.
With that said, let me give you with some free advice concerning the number one threatening obstacle your going to face, and actually, all ready faced, during these next three years. You ready? Here it comes. Fellow traders. The majority of them can't even remember when they used to dream big things for themselves. They'll battle you the entire way there, and once achieved, they'll say it was a fluke.
This website is filled with some of the greatest trading minds who have ever lived. But it also has the worlds largest amount of traders who cope with their mediocre results by pulling down others. And it's all defended with 'logic'. And friend, they are GOOD at what they do. Believe me.
Use this site to its fullest. The information is invaluable, but never read this thread again. Anything you read before or after my message, will most certainly pull you backward. Don't defend your ideas when challenged, even when it's done in a light-hearted fashion. Stay away from this thread like the plague, and do not create another one like it. I'd even create a new username/password and start all over. You can study incredible ideas here. This site has some of greatest trading minds available, but keep your goals and dreams to yourself. I cannot stress that enough. If someone has achieved what you've currently set out to do, then you can do it. Find encouragement from those who already believe in you. THAT WILL NOT BE HERE !
