I've got an idea,why don't you go onto a different forum and tell some more lies?Being a realtor it probably becomes second nature.
Also you should read the papers,CEOs are all getting fired.If it's possible they're going out of business quicker than realtors.

Once inflation ramps, and it will since that's the only way the housing market is going to be salvaged, it's guran-fucking-teed that regulations will be put in place that force mortgage underwriters and their banks to hold the note for X number of years before it can be sold off to the fixed-income markets.
Nothing will chill the entire housing industry more than that single requirement will.
Might want to take those bucks you're supposedly making and find yourself some education, it's game over for the Jaguar owning realtor crowd.
