He made it a personal mission to destroy Herbalife and it did not work.

Last summer he was on CNBC once a week in an emotional tirade trying to make the stock go down. I forget how much money he lost shorting the stock when he finally gave up. It was millions......

Herbalife uses a multi level marketing style to sell their products but it's not a ponzi scheme.
