I'd like to hear what type of attitudes are present in the culture at LEH. In my humble opinion, from what I've heard, Bear Stearns had somewhat of a reputation as arrogant and stand-offish, which hurt them in their time of need and also created a tendency toward self-delusion.
Since I wasn't close to the action I don't know if this was true or not.
