Quote from APA:
What is trend,
how do you define trend in its most basic form, when do you have an end to trend
what is countertrend,
how do you tell a countertrend
if trend is a signal, what is then a countertrend
OOPS by answering these questions for me you suddenly became a trader
A trend = a continuous imbalance of supply and demand causing price to go generally in one direction.
A countertrend = a time period in a trend where price direction goes opposite of the direction of a trend
A countertrend could be identified by comparing it with reversal signal. If reversal signal does not exist, then it is a countertrend.
If trend is a signal, then countertrend is a signal as well.
I am finally a trader!!!!!
