I want to get a Tesla Powerwall but can't...

I live in California...But, no one will sell me a Tesla Powerwall. They'll sell it a few counties over, but not where I live. I've waited years...I'm ready to throw up my hands and go with something else. I just want a simple system for solar panels...But a good quality storage unit.

How can I find the best solar storage units in my area?? How can I tell the information won't be biased?? I've heard some good storage units are coming...Have they arrived?? I live in Stanislaus County...

I was thinking of doing a tons of searches for sailboats and dementia/facilities...See how Facebook reacts!!

A few minutes later...I think I'll just stick with the cool things to reseach (good life)...To see their ads!! I'll go with Monterey Bay homes, sailboats, Russian vacations, badminton products...

Curse you algorithms!!! I tried searches on Google, Facebook, even Bing for Monterey...Still get solar ads. Big money (huge profit margins) in solar...
