When someone says they can trade you all jump and want to kill.

You first need to see yourself succeeding in the markets before you actually will.

Then you need a rock solid plan with a certain set of rules
oh and you will break them time and time again hopefully
you wont get hurt bad when you do.

Time of day is so important, you really have to get your head into
the time of day trading it takes the anxiety out of the trades and
is much more relaxing knowing there will be trades later in the day so you will not jump at the next tick thinking there may not be set-up later

It's all good guys one last thing

Markets move because they have to
not because they want to, kinda like taking out the trash when your wife asks we do it because we have to !!

Tell me something. You didn't mistype your alias, did you? I mean, it's IQ146, as in "my I.Q. is 146", and not IP146, as in "I have 146 IP addresses at my disposal". Because in the second case we might have a problem.
