I need to watch that video about as much as I need to listen to Murdoch lecture about balanced journalism. The moment I heard Cato "Institute" I knew what time it was. If you want serious attention, you need to provide a credible source. Cato's history of obfuscation speaks for itself. In fact, their modus operandi is vaguely reminiscent of the first video you posted in this thread. And as it is, I still regret having watched that first video in its entirety.
And the moral of the story is: Quacks produce quackery.
